The Church Administration Team at Lighthouse Community church is lead by First Lady Mary M.K. Ragland. The team is responsible for providing direction and disseminating information that will assist LCC members on their journey to carrying out God’s purpose in their lives, as well as provide guidance that will assist in the execution and fulfillment of God’s divine purpose for the corporate body of the church.
Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.

ADMINISTRATIVE TEAM
Pastor Mary M.K. Ragland – Executive Pastor of Administration. A native of Atlantic City, together with her husband, Overseer Kevin D. Ragland, they established Lighthouse Community Church, 23 years ago. Since this time, she has served in various roles of leadership, and is known to build up lagging or underdeveloped ministries, using the servant leadership model.
The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it. Psalm 68:11
Sister Rosetta Copes, Church Clerk – has been a member of Lighthouse Community Church since March 2007. In April of the same year, she began assisting in administration; shortly after transitioning into the role of the church clerk.
Sis Rosetta has successfully completed the Lighthouse Community Bible Institute, leading her to develop a solid foundation of faith and personal growth.
Deeply committed to the work of the Lord and with a servant’s heart, Sis Rosetta is willing to do whatever she can to help in the building and the furtherance of God’s Kingdom. she stands on Phil. 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”

SOCIAL MEDIA TEAM
Christina Ragland is a native of Jersey City, NJ. Christina is an active member of Lighthouse Community Church in Pleasantville. She serves on the social media team and administration team. She has a passion for seeing souls added to the kingdom and helping individuals recognize and live out their God-given purposes, especially young adult women.
Christina is married to Christian D. Ragland and they are proud parents of three children: Moriah Kansas, Morgan Kaidence and Matthew Kevin. Christina considers her family her biggest blessing and enjoys making new memories with them and sharing them on her Facebook mommy blog page called, “Mommy and MK” and on Instagram.
Administration team members understand administration at LCC is not confined to organizational aspects of the church. Effective administrators allow the Holy Spirit to lead and guide them as they organize and coordinate information to assist members, interconnecting worship, praise, praying, and other experiences within the church.
