Is a native of Atlantic City, NJ. She currently serves as the Executive Pastor of Lighthouse Community Church in Pleasantville, NJ. Together with her husband, Overseer Kevin D. Ragland, they established Lighthouse Community Church 23 years ago. Since that time, she has served in various roles of leadership, and is known to build up lagging or underdeveloped ministries, using the servant leadership model. Her creative wit and organizational structure have been replicated throughout the culture of LCC. Lady Ragland is a graduate of Grand Canyon University, a fully accredited school of Higher Education, where she obtained her undergraduate degree in Christian Studies and later her MA in Public Administration with Emphasis in Government Policy. She is currently in pursuit of a Certificate of Genealogical Research from Boston University.
Lady Ragland is a devoted woman of God, and the epitome of strength. She has a reserved disposition, but she can also be a swift storm—when it involves Kingdom business. She is the founder of the LCC Women of Excellence ministry, and has facilitated alongside her husband, Overseer Kevin D. Ragland in Marriage auxiliary sessions. A gifted administrator, writer, and genealogist enthusiast, she is passionate about Family History, insomuch that she was compelled to launch her own genealogy group in 2018. Since this time, she has helped others to unearth elusive family challenges.
Overseer Ragland is a graduate of Atlantic City High School, Atlantic City NJ and Atlantic County Vocational School, Mays Landing, NJ, while his secular training consists of Atlantic Cape Community College, Mays Landing, NJ, Livingstone College, Salisbury, NC, and Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA—with a focus in Business Administration; whereas his spiritual tutelage comprises of instruction at the Garden State Bible Institute, Galloway, NJ and Eastern University (Palmer School of Ministry), St. David’s, PA.

Laboring together in the work of the Lord, First Lady has been married to Overseer Kevin D. Ragland for 30+ years. They are the immensely proud parents of Kevin Jr., Christian, Tasiah and Teylar Johnson; one, daughter-in-love Christina Ragland; one, son- in-love Nirell Johnson; five grandchildren, Jaymie, Moriah, Morgan, Kevin, and Matthew.
