Background
A graduate of Walden University, MN, Christian earned a BA in Political Science, and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration. He also received a certificate in Diversity and Inclusion in HR from Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. Christian is employed by AtlantiCare, where his role is Director of Talent Acquisition and DEI. He is also an adjunct professor, teaching US History at Atlantic Cape Community College.
Community Service
Christian has a passion for the community. He previously served as Minister and Youth Leader for IMAGE Young Adulty Minister, Beyond The Edge Youth Ministry, and he served as Lighthouse Boy Scout troop Leader. He is Founder and Director of the Egg Harbor City Community School Leadership Academy, an organization that provides bi-weekly leadership training to middle-school aged boys. He also leads AtlantiCare’s Healthcare Careers weekly programming with the Boys & Girls Club of Atlantic City.
Family
Christian is the youngest son of Overseer and First Lady Ragland. He grew up with a mission towards serving the Lord. He is married to Christina Ragland and together they have three beautiful children: Moriah Kansas, Morgan Kaidence and Matthew Kevin.
When Christian isn’t ministering or helping out in the community he also helps with LCC’s Music and Digital Ministries.
