Lighthouse Community Church

That they all may be one; as thou, Father, are in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou has sent me. John 17:21
Our Mission

The Mission and Purpose of the Lighthouse Community Church is to minister to the spiritual, intellectual, physical and emotional needs of all people, by spreading Christ’s liberating Gospel through word and deed. We have been commissioned by God to go in all the world and preach the Gospel to every creature.
My People are destroyed for lack of knowledge because they hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shall be no priest to me: see thou had forgotten the Law of they God, I will also forget they children. Hosea 4:6

Doctrine of the Church
The fact that the Church was first recognized as a fellowship appears from the name “the brethren” used by early Christians (Acts 9:30, 1 Thess. 4:10). Although local congregations sprang up wherever the gospel was preached, and each of these enjoyed an independent life of its own, the unity is conceived of as a visible unity (St. John 17:32, Eph. 4:3, 13, II Cor. 9). Another dominant note of the New Testament Church, lay in the Consecration of it’s Members (1 Peter 2:9, 1 Cor. 6:17, Eph. 5:26-27).
Our final characteristics seen in the Church is the Spiritual Power. The apostles were to receive the Power of the keys in opening the doors of the Kingdom of Heaven to the Jews (Acts 2:41) and the Gentiles (Acts 10:34-38,15:7). When heresies arose, it became necessary for the true church to be recognized by certain marks of identification. They are the preaching of the word: (St. John 8:31-32, 47:14-23, 1 John 4:1-3, 1 John 9). The Right Administration of the Ordinances.
